All jewelry pieces from the ATELIERS SAINT GERMAIN collections are guaranteed for two years against any manufacturing defect (excluding normal wear and tear) and under normal conditions of use.


At ATELIERS SAINT GERMAIN, you benefit from a full 2-year warranty from the date of purchase on all jewelry items.

We guarantee the exceptional quality of our creations, and this warranty serves as your protection. In the event of an issue during the warranty period, simply notify us — we will provide free repair or replacement service. We take full responsibility for manufacturing defects occurring within this period.
The 2-year warranty applies only under normal use conditions.
Excluded from this warranty are wear and tear, natural aging, and loss or breakage resulting from accidental circumstances.

All our products are authentic and accompanied by their certificate of origin.

Each piece of jewelry also bears the official French Hallmarks of Guarantee.
